To anyone that is interested…Ray had his back surgery on the 17th & spent 3 nights in the
hospital. He came home Friday night & is doing o.k. They said the surgery went well &
that hopefully in about 3 months he should be back to about 96% of how he was about 30+
years ago!!! That would be wonderful!!! He is still in quite a bit of pain from the surgery, but
that is to be expected for the next week or so yet. I keep him “happy” on pain meds, so
that’s the best I can do for him. He is using a walker & cannot drive or even be in a car for
the next 3 weeks…has to wear the brace all the time (unless in bed) & is pretty miserable
